Digital Assets

Digital assets are non-physical and transferable.
For this reason, all sales are generally final once a transaction is completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Payment completed but service not delivered
• Technical error resulting in duplicate payment
• Proven misrepresentation after internal review

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with asset performance
• Failure to perform due diligence before buying

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to complete.
